Protect your flagpole installation area with our Red Ground Sleeve Cap. Conveniently cover the installation ground sleeve opening (hole) with our American Made Red plastic ground sleeve cap. Use this when you need to remove your telescoping flagpole from the ground. 

Works with most flagpole brand installation areas that use a 2.5" and 3"  ground sleeves.
