A real “topper” for a real pole. Workmanship is superb. Sets the entire pole, flags and everything apart from all other poles.
I was very glad that the new device was made of stainless steel the one i had previously was not and it was very difficult to get off the flagpole.
The anti theft locking clamp does not prevent the pole from being pulled out of the sleeve. Instructions warn not to overtighten the sleeve but one can still rotate the pole in the sleeve when the clamp is in place
i was assured by one of your costumer service people that what I ordered would fit on my flagpole. Had there any questions I would not have ordered it. I received what I ordered and it did not fit ! I had to pay the return shipping. BAD customer relations - BAD

It looks great in my yard. I haven't tried it out yet because my yard guys installed it. But I love the look!
In celebration of the possible salvation of our Country, I installed a 25' Phoenix telescoping flag pole with a 4'x6' American flag, a 3'x5' POW/MIA flag and the light tops everything perfectly. It can be seen from blocks away. All other flagpole lights I've seen can barely be seen standing directly under them.
The Trump flagpole and accessories that were part of the package are fantastic. I received the flagpole and mounting sleeve in one package, but the other parts of the package came in multiple shipments. I did have to contact Atlantic to get shipping information on the rest of the package and making contact them wasn’t what I would expect. The phone number I called wasn’t answered and the message I received was to either do the chat, text, or email. I tried the chat, but didn’t get an answer immediately, so I texted. It took a day to get a reply. The staff looked into my question and they resolved the issue. Overall, this was a minor issue, because I received all the necessary parts to get the sleeve installed in the concrete and it had time to cure before I needed the rest of the parts.
I replaced my American and Texas flags with new ones from Atlantic; They are heavier and don’t get caught on eaves.
I returned the Led Christmas Tree for flagpole via UPS a day before Thanks Giving. The Tracking number showed it was delivered to the store December 2. It is December 16. I am still waiting for my refund. I even paid $92.00 for shipping to go back to New York from California. I contacted Atlantic Flagpole they responded to my initial response claim for a Refund. Kevin responded and advised me he would check back with me via e-mail. I never got a response back.
I am not satisfied with customer service. Please respond.
Updated December 17. I got a refund after I made my complaint. I will give 3 stars because of that and it took 2 weeks for the refund.
Its only been up for 2 weeks. I will let you know how it works in 2 years. The last 1 I had failed after 3 years.
Worth the extra money than the Chinese flags that last 8-10 weeks. My American flag that came with the pole will pobably last a year the way it is lasting through all the seasons. Great flag pole too!
We couldn’t be more pleased with our new flagpole. It is perfect.
I really don't know what it looked like... I gave it to a friend of the president still wrapped up...
It looks very nice my only concern is that is is a lot thinner material than I had hoped for, other flag I have bought were a much heavier material. Time will tell how it holds up in the environment I live in.
